I swear I'll get to the hotel link you sent this week! So we can fix our dates! XD
U're hanging on great, my dear <3 I need to reach the point of dragging myself to exercise too ORZ but a heap of work (albeit better now than a month ago), 2 bouts of flu and Peanut starting pre-school in less than a month is making my dream of healthy living look a little distant... more excuses I know! LOL
Oh, dear, it's really not easy to workout regularly when you have a little one! I can now go because the kids don't need me as long as husband's home with them, and I can go when they're in school. I never could've done it only a few years ago. You'll be able to work out once little Peanut's not so little anymore! ^^
Maaaaaan, can't wait to see uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu >A<;;;
I´m happy to hear you are feeling better. Luckily you have an healthy approach of losing weight and decided to take action. Too many women consider feeling weak + not eating = score. And it seems you have found something which keeps you motivated so it doesn´t end after first burst of excitement is over. Everything that is fun is good for the stomach and mind!
Boots, ahhh...too many in my closet. And still looking for the new ones...I have no room for them anymore. What am I talking about, of course there is always room for one more pair of boots!
The Hobbit was great, saw it twice already. I have developed very warm feelings towards Ori, bless him.
Yeah, I mean, I won't deny that losing so much weight without any 'effort' was rather nice in a way because I did have some fat I wanted gone, but I hated feeling weak! :/ I don't just want to be thin, I want to have muscle tones and be strong. So, that's my goal for now. And to be honest, being at the gym really makes me feel good, like I'm taking care of myself inside and out. It's become a special place for me.
LOL I'm looking at a couple of pairs of boots online right now, I can't help it~ X'D Too bad you can't wear boots all year long!
Ori? You're a fan of Ori? (Sorry..., I'm just a little surprised, is all... lol)
I've been wondering how you are. The exercise (stretching stuff) sounds good and hopefully gives your mind a chance to relax too.
Not being prompted to eat by your appetite sounds odd (hopefully just a phase) - the few other Japanese people I know are ruled by a love of food!
It's good to see in your post lots that you have enjoyed (some bargains, new clothes, Skyfall - again!, health club). I'm sorry that you've been working so hard again though - all-nighters are not so good. Catch up on some sleep!
The snow here has just melted this weekend. Finally, I can stop shivering and stop using alcohol (especially whisky) to keep warm. Although somebody gave me a bottle of sake for Christmas, which looks nice:
Ha - your comment on haiku_daily reminded me that you'd said that you had thought of some haiku ideas/lines so I came back here to remind myself!
The sake is good, thank you. It has quite a high milling ratio and a nice, clean finish therefore (which is my preference).
I do agree that many people in our (greedy, affluent, indulgent) part of the world do eat far too much food. My co-workers in the office eat recreationally - as a hobby or pastime, not because they are hungry; I find this very weird but I suppose a lot of our advertizing encourages it.
Actually, this period of the Christian year (Lent, more or less the 40 days before Easter) is a time of fasting but few people observe that now. The West does not seem to regard fasting as a significant practice any more which is a great shame; our appetites are allowed run riot as if they were poorly disciplined children, instead of being within our own control (which would surely be better).
Anyway, do post any further haiku thoughts that the jacuzzi may bring you!
I'm glad you're feeling better&more energized ^_^ That's overall a much healthier lifestyle than spending hours on Twitter, huh? XD *huugs* I wish i could do the same amount of workouts, and i really miss doing sports, but at least i'm having dance lessons twice a week now, so it should help a little.
Twitter is really wonderful when you want to connect with your friends..., especially when you're feeling a bit alone. Dears family's always my online home to come back to, and I appreciate it so much. :'3 But yeah, at the same time, I can't be glued to it all the time, either. lol
Dance lessons?? What kind of dance? That's wonderful~ :D

Good luck with your workouts! They're really incredibly beneficial both for the body and for the mind, too <3
