so I'm starting to think that a 1.2mi. swim followed by a 56mi. ride followed by a 13.1mi. run all in under 8 hours is starting to seem doable. now for the 300 pushups...

also school is going well and I have made it out 3 times since X-mas. so yeah some traction under my footing.
