He died last night of heart failure. :(

A girl that went with us to the show's boyfriend works for Matador Records (I think that's the company). We got a call at work today with the news(there were four of us that went - three from my mortuary and the girl that called us is from our sister mortuary in Cypress hence the big deal at work for us since we just saw them). She said he was 38, but he looked a bit older than that to me. I also saw it somewhere just when I got home, but I can't find the link. If I find it I'll put it up.
