Yes, but I think it's safe to assume you don't really need it. ;)

OH.MY.GAWD.

Marry me? Please? We can get to Vegas in about three hours if we leave NOW.

There are two things I miss so very much about my hometown:

1. Steak 'N Shake restaurants.
2. St. Louis style toasted ravioli.

Olive Garden actually has them on their menu as part of an appetizer trio, but you can request to have the entire appetizer be all raviolis. But they just don't compare to the smaller restaurants I grew up devouring toasted ravioli at regularly.

SHEEEEEEEEEEEET. My tummy rumbles SO BADLY! DAMN YOU WOMAN!!!! GIT in the kitchen and make me toasty ravioliiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!

POLYGAMISTZ0RRR!!!!!

When we were there, everyone went to Steak 'n Shake but us. Adrian's aunt swears by teh Steak n' Shake. We went to White Castle instead (a favorite of mine that I have missed so). I really wanted to eat there though since I've never had the pleasure out of the SIX times I've driven cross country. Next time though.

However, the convenince of having toasted raviolis being served in your hotel until 2am is not an indulgence..it's a right!

Some day. When I am rich and famous. I am opening a Steak 'n Shake franchise in my backyard. Oh yes. There will steakburgers EVERY day ALL day. Every time I visit St. Louis, it is an absolute MUST for me to stop at Steak 'N Shake first thing after the airport, no matter what time of day. Last summer when I went, we ate at 3:00 am. And OH was my tummytumtum so happy.

WHY can't they have White Castle out here??? The freezer section ones just aren't good enough!!! OH how I miss the White Castle too!!!

Oh. If you can find a decent recipe for PF Chang's chicken lettuce wraps, I will give you sweet lovin' down by the fire. Every recipe I find just isn't *quite* right.

I've had this around, http://chinesefood.about.com/od/fusionrecipes/r/lettucewraps.htm
but never had the opportunity to try it out.

Trader Joe's is also selling the chicken, water chestnut, ginger mix. Just add lettuce leaves....something I never got to try out b/c they just started carrying it and it's been sold out the last two times I've tried to snag it.
