There's clearly a Pokemon filming, probably his Lucario, and when the feed comes on it's just in time to catch a good shot of Xerxes the Luxray landing a one-hit-KO

But the best part is that now I can use my Pokemon to fly.

[And flying is exciting! There's no way to do it in Amestris yet, and it will be so much faster than walking. Also yeah Tulio, go get some badges geez, Envy can't do everything.]
