so it's been almost a year since i started working out. i'm not happy with where i stand. i started at like 250 pounds(+/-) now i'm at 195. i feel like i should be in better shape than i am now. i was a fat fucker and i still am a fat fucker

I'm just now getting down to 250 from 260/265'ish.
BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU'VE ACHIEVED THUS FAR AND KEEP DOING IT.
