think of it like snowboarding... you start with the simple stuff and work up to the hard stuff
learn to get up, then learn to steer slowly... learn how to start and stop, and eventually work your way up to that 180
it's tricky, and you may fall on your face a couple of times, but each time you'll learn a little bit more.
