Sometimes you have to lay your cards on the table and hope for the best. When you win, you usually win big, fans, girls, money, fame. On tv they always show the guy who wins, the Johnny Chan’s and the Doyle Brunson’s. But they never show the losers. What happens to the losers once they lose; they fade away into the background. The only thing there is left to do when one has been checkmate-ed is to start a new game. As much as it doesn't seem like it, you'll be glad to know the game is over even though it may not have turned out the way you wanted, at least your not waiting ... wondering, and you know you tried. But I know losing hurts and I'm sorry Alex.

Nice monologue... Very existential.

Heidigger would say that you have to keep on sailing.
