I feel nerdy just by association and the fact that I understand your equations. and the graph isn't quite right... among other things, it's assuming your chances of getting laid without knowing any john mayer songs is 50% (*scoff* ;)) and the equation shouldn't apply below a range of x=0 (it's doing some funky shit over there in the second quadrant)

If you only put this much effort into your REAL school work...

You're right about the fact that it shouldn't extend to the second quadrent. However you didnt read the part about Di...Di is not assumed to be one, Di is some number that represents your initial 'layability' (so to speak) without knowing any john mayer songs.

yes, but i was commenting on the graph and reading the y-intercept at .50 = 50%... am i wrong?

That's because the graph couldn't be parametrized to run on two variables, the Di was just set at an arbitrary number (1), which shows the inherent flaw, is that Di is not the Di i have stated but Di = D' when P=0 and Di is some number
