Short answer: yes. I am blind but have a few abilities. Among them is the power to sense the presence of living beings. I can't 'see' them as others do but I do appreciate the sentiment.

Every person has their own unique 'aura' I believe the word is. Those who have the Force, can sense others but for my race it is more important than merely a battle aspect. We rely on it to feel the world around us.
