Anyhow, no real theme this week. Just a batch of songs I've been playing quite a bit lately and that I think you probably should be listening to as well.

"i'm sick of the same thing, same thing/something's wasted everyday..." i have such a ridiculous crush on him. for serious.

samples fleetwood mac's "seven wonders" - automatic win.
04//ELECTRELANE - cut and run
this is kind of the odd song out because it's not very recent, but i've been listening to it quite a bit lately, so there you go.
05//LAURA VEIRS - july flame
nighttime driving song.
06//MIIKE SNOW - cult logic
this one pops up on the shuffle every time i need a smile. i heart it SFM.
07//THE BIG PINK - velvet
i've been listening to their album frequently. this is just a sample for you to seek them out on your own.
08//BIFFY CLYRO - many of horror
i remember attempting to not like this band due to their daft sounding moniker.
09//FRENCH KICKS - over the world
"wait for me, girl, over the world..." - love this song like mad, mate.
10//DELPHIC - this momentary
definitely in my top five albums of 2010. bet on it.
11//PHOENIX - lisztomania (alex metric remix)
i prefer this remix to the original. admittedly, i am biased, however.
12//ELLIE GOULDING - under the sheets
still want to gay marry this bird.
