while i agree with just about everything she said in the video, the thing about blaming your weight on your parents and grandparents is somewhat of an irresponsible message to give everyone in many different situations. there are diseases that cause uncontrollable weight gain, but in america, it's usually that people DON'T exercise or eat well. if she's fat and it's not her fault that's one thing, but that's not the case for most people.
