once again, ive completely fucked myself over by abusing substances.
mindi is dissapointed in me, my parents are worried and hurt and deciding 'consequences', but the worst by far is the fact that phil is extreemly pissed off at me(it was justified) and i dont know how long it is going to take for me to have his respect and trust back, let alone his friendship
