Courtesy, weaponry, medical technology, food and clean water...

If you find anything that doesn't leave something to be desired, you're two or three steps ahead of everyone else.

It's not. And unless you've got a pretty big gun and a lot of practice shooting it, the wind'll be the least of your problems in about a half hour.

I don't think I need to tell you this, but be careful who you trust around here. You can never tell which half of the population's going to knife you in the back while you sleep.

And I'm guessing not much of a justice system exists here. [Given this "game" and the state of what she's seen. Not that she's one for law or anything.]

A few people are making grabs for power, and in general assholes have a tendency of getting hunted down, but... Actual government or security agents? No.
