Can anyone hear me? [She has no idea, but she keeps on talking just in case.] What is the meaning of this? What kind of "game" is this? Considering how I found myself, I can't imagine this is something easy, or innocent.

I don't think there are any infections here, at least not that I've heard of. Are you a healer then?

I can manage first aid, but it isn't my specialty. I am a warrior, and I instead protect and help those who have survived the outbreak. I'm not sure who can help the infected now.

Outbreak, infected... what are you talking about? Was there a plague of some kind where you're from? I don't think you need to worry about that here, not unless you accidentally brought some of it with you somehow.

You could call it a plague. The infection turns people into crazy, aggressive things that eat the flesh of the living. It's spread by bites and scratches, but like three others I have met, I am immune.

...Maker, I've never heard of a plague that did something like that. I hope your world can find a way to end it.

The scientists tried once, but it failed. I hope something else can be discovered too.

You haven't heard then? It seems many, if not all of us, come from different worlds entirely. I know it's difficult to believe at first for some, but it seems to be true. I come from Thedas, for example. Originally Ferelden if you want to get specific about it, but I was in Kirkwall before I found myself elsewhere.

I have heard very little so far. [She listens carefully, but fails to recognize any of those places.] Different worlds... [It's a bizarre concept, but then again, people turning into flesh eating monsters is bizarre too.] You are sure?

Well it's easier for me to be sure about it than you, I suppose. I'd never even seen a computer before I left Kirkwall. All of this is so much different from Thedas.
