[The headset video turns on, but it soon becomes clear that it's not on purpose. First it's dark. The camera's covered, but you can hear breathing. Alright. [Usually he doesn't ask about nicknames, but he's being super nice here, so he thought it'd be best to ask. He also thinks he hears her now, maybe. Not from their video chat, but actually hear her-he has sharp ears, thankfully-so he'll head in that direction, coming around a bend, and there she is.]

[The first look she gives him is like 'OMFG ANOTHER GHOST AHHH', complete with a choked squeak of alarm, but as soon as he speaks she recognizes his voice (she hasn't seen him yet via video, she's had her face buried most of this time) and lets out the breath she was holding.]

I'm sorry, I hope I didn't offend you. I didn't know what you looked like, that's all.

[She looks... very shaken-up, but definitely a little more reassured now that she isn't alone. That's one thing about her (and all of the ponies, lol), she already trusts him completely.]

[The thought of leaving her corner hadn't actually occurred to her. But now that it does, she's pausing for a moment, then uncurling and standing up. One hand's on the wall as if for reassurance (although it's technically because she's not used to walking on two legs, the whole I-was-a-pony thing).]

I like that idea.

[And to emphasize her point, she's looking around nervously, because these ghost things can pop out of nowhere and she doesn't like surprises. :(]
