[The audio picks up to a familiar voice. Eliot doesn't announce himself and there is no name attached to the reply, but his southern accent is fairly recognizable to those who have heard it before.]

Hey, I can help with some of that. I know a few ways for preservin' meat we can try... And I've worked with animals before. [A pause, a smile that can be heard in his voice.] Horses.
