And the final chapter! Shorter than the rest; 3,714 words, back to PG-13~
There is also a “glossary” (if my butchering of the language can be called such) of the Gaelic I used at the end. But it might be better if you just ignore it, and assume the phrases all make sense like I do on the show. XD;

They walked through the gates of Camelot two days later and were greeted at swordpoint in the falling dusk. )

I seem to have a hard time with building up to things and then ending them abruptly, so every little critique helps! :D It's good to have that in my head next time I write~

You have a beautiful style and are a very talented writer. And the characterisation was done perfectly! It all seemed so... normal, how you handled their love and affection and tiffs.
Uther, Gaius, Gwen and Morgana were all perfect too! <3 Haha, I fail. xD I can never think of any critique for anyone, but this time I think it's more because there really isn't anything I can think of to improve about this fic~

This was an incredibly well-written story. I was totally hooked from the start and read it straight through. The pacing is deliberate and steady but remains interesting, and the blend of action, narrative, and dialogue was totally seamless. You're a really great storyteller! This read like a young fantasy novel or something, I don't know how precisely you managed it is but there's such a strong narrative voice.
All the angst and sadness..Merlin locked up...it was SO SAD. It did help to enrich the emotional factor, though. I'm just glad there was a happy ending!
Now, to go about fixing the unfortunate situation of this having fallen under the radar...this'll be totally recced next week. Honestly, where is everybody!?
