so, i bought an appartment this week.. apparently it's the thing to do. and i bought it while my dad was in shanghai/hong kong/san fransisco/tokyo/hong kong (it took me 5 days to get it). getting the deal through regarding the different timezones (and the fact that it's hard to get ahold of my dad) is nothing short of a miracle
