I am really, really annoyed when I'm forced to work with people who don't give a shit.  I'm sorry that I have a job to do and that getting a paycheck isn't a joke to me.  Also, you don't need a smoke break five minutes after walking in the door and going home because your girlfriend and your mom are fighting and making you stressed out is a lame

I hate when people don't treat their job with some degree of seriousness. It's like, I'm not expecting you to be stoked to be there, but at least do what has to be done.

Seriously, people who don't "need" the job irritate me. I have some employees on my staff that are like that. So obnoxious.  Not only do I need my job, but I take pride in my work ethic. Try it sometime, people.
