Today is one of those days that makes me not appreciate life too much. My brother decided to move back in, so my parents decided to kick me out of my room, so he can have it. Walked to mira mesa yesterday(6miles), walked to vons today(3miles)

Notes:
Iced legs in pool after walking to mira mesa and back. Legs have been hurting a bit, so decided to walk a lot in hopes of strengthing them to the point so that I can run without worrying about it.

Ok, finished Chapter two of Feeling Good Hand book.

Basically just a couple self-tests, so the chapter was relatively easy. Apparently I'm suffereing from mild anxiety, and moderately strong depression. Although I probably could have told you that before hand, it's still good to set a marking at the beginning stages to see how things progress.

Running log(9/29/05):

Exercise:
Walked around the big block. Ragweed is a bitch(like straight up.)

Food:
Bowl of Grapenuts for breakfast. Souplantation for dinner.

Notes:
Shins were hurting a bit today, so decided not to run, will pick it up next time, hoping shins stop hurting, otherwise will start swimming.

I finished chapter 1 in The Feeling Good Handbook, finally. I'd like to start off by saying it's a bitch. I'm rather hoping that starting the book is the hardest part.
