there are certain precautions that he needs to take now that about twenty percent of the population of the mafia world has a vendetta against him. oopsie. he doesn’t always make the right choices but hey, two wrongs don’t make a right so he can’t really do anything about that, can he? since he has a phd in the romantic art of dissecting someone’s intestines with just his credit card, he has a whole floor for himself, his kids and yixing, and his room is lined up at the end with exclusive access only to him, yixing and some of his other most trusted men-chanyeol, zitao and minseok. his kids are usually forbidden from entering without Adult Supervision, partly because there are guns lined up on his walls, which makes for a lovely view right before he goes to bed. but he lets baekhyun in anyway. he is probably an abhorrent example of parenting. that makes him pause for one second before he shrugs. oh well

kris exhales in mock offence. “what help. i am doing fine. i’ll have you know that i am an amazing dad,” he says.

“i’m sure you are,” says luhan, smirking. “i can tell.” he cocks an eyebrow and tugs at the shirt. the hem brushes kyungsoo’s bare thighs underneath the skirt as it floats against his skin and he squirms, laughing softly at the sensation. noticing kyungsoo’s sensitivity, luhan gently tickles him until he bursts out into breathless laughter, and baekhyun screams, “TICKLE ME TOO. I WANT TICKLES. DAD. DAD. DAD. DAD. DAD. DADDY.”

“okay, okay, okay,” says kris in resignation as he pulls the shirt off, plan failing miserably, and tickles baekhyun’s ribs. baekhyun topples over and lies on the bed, cackling loudly, and luhan gives kris a Look. kris gives him a Look back, but it’s more of a i might have been bested by the antics of my children but we shall see who will be laughing in bed tonight. spoiler alert, the answer is me. even as the tips of his ears turn red, luhan grins back and his foot nudges kris in the shin

I'm not OP but this was really enjoyable!!! Lmao this brand of humor is my style thanks v much. There were a lot of funny lines I want to quote but my favorites are

"I love my kids." (Because I always say "I miss my friends" in the exact same way when we're together)

and

"Go hard, or go to hell." (Because legit my friend ans I have a saying "Go hard or go home." Soooo)

And baeksoo are the cutest brats ever. Sehun too!!! I wanted to coo at them the whole time I was reading huehuehuehue
