Person B and Jongdae are happily married Person C is Jongdae's best friend.

A few weeks before Jongdae and B's wedding anniversary, they get into an accident. Jongdae survived with a few scrapes, B came out relativel unharmed EXCEPT he now believes C is his husband and Jongdae is just a friend. The doctors tell Jongdae and C to go along with it for the time being to prevent any psychological damage to B.

So person C moves into their apartment and Jongdae relocates to the guest bedroom under the guise of helping out his best friend and he has to watch his husband treat his best friend the way he should be treating him.

Ending is up to filler, I just want lots of angst and insecurity on Jongdae's part.
I'd be prefer if you used real names too.
