Chanyeol tries his best, as well as someone with his nonexistent amount of experience in dating guys can.

He holds back the tacky flirting and corny lines; no compliments on how Jongdae’s eyes twinkle brighter than the stars in the night sky while they stroll side by side to the carnival, no arm around his shoulders on the upswing of the Ferris wheel, no spending half the cash in his wallet failing to win a stuffed animal he could buy for a fraction of the price. Things like that don’t work on Jongdae, and he would only end up making a fool of himself. Jongdae is better at ring-toss anyway.
