Minseok leans back in his seat, twirling a drumstick idly in his fingers as he watches the people around him. Yixing is somewhere to his left, fiddling with the sound system and plugging the all wires that Minseok has never been able to keep straight into the correct sockets. Zitao is messing with his bass, sitting with his legs dangling over the edge of the stage. Kris and Jongdae are talking quietly by the keyboard as Kris adjusts the stand to the correct hight, leaning close to be heard over the soft buzz of the club. Luhan has disappeared somewhere, probably off to the bar.
It’s a little past 10 p.m., and Minseok knows that outside the Hongdae area is just starting to come to life. Downstairs in the club, though, things are still moving slowly. Their show doesn’t start for another hour, and only a few diehard fans have arrived already. Some of them are setting up some serious looking camera equipment and Minseok shudders, glad that people hardly ever bother to take ( ... )

“Fuck you, no.” Minseok bats Luhan’s hand away as he tries to grab Minseok’s cheek again. “I’m not Kris, I don’t need to be babied before every show.”
“Hey now,” Kris protests indignantly as Jongdae leans forward, grabbing the lapels of Kris’ vest to muffle his laughter against Kris’ chest.
Luhan isn’t nearly as discreet, tipping his head back in his signature laugh that fans call endearing and everyone else calls obnoxious. His grip on Minseok tightens and Minseok winces, wishing Luhan didn’t get progressively more clingy with every drink.
“Don’t you have something else to be doing?” Minseok asks as he halfheartedly tries to shrug Luhan off. “Go tune your guitar or talk to your adoring fans.”
“Yeah, all five of them,” Jongdae cuts in with his signature smug grin.
This finally spurs Luhan into letting go of Minseok, and he straightens up to his full height to glare at ( ... )

but i really loved this ;___; especially the chenris interactions omg

andand all the humor and spot-on characterizations and (not sure if they are just brotp or what but it doesn't matter) xiuhan and ok just everything about this.
