in which jongin turns into a koala for a day (after watching a discovery channel documentary of it) and he thinks chanyeol is a eucalyptus tree. chanyeol lets him climb and sleep on top of chanyeol's head and makes koala!jongin wear a diaper because junmyeon won't be cleaning its poop. and when chanyeol is preparing food for koala!jongin he clings to chanyeol's leg and chanyeol can't move because jongin is too heavy u_u chanyeol wakes up the next morning with jongin sleeping soundly beside him, arms wrapping around his waist just like a koala n____n

chanyeol ends up having to clean the couch because the rest of his groupmates claim that it's chanyeol's fault that jongin becomes a koala and he has to take full responsibility.

"here, chanyeol, i bought some diapers," joonmyun says, putting a stack of baby diapers on the counter. "put it on him. i don't want him peeing and pooping all over the dorm."

"thanks, hyung," chanyeol shouts from the living room, still earnestly cleaning the couch with jongin-koala clinging and purring on his back contently.

when it's almost lunchtime, baekhyun runs to the bathroom, screaming that he needs to use the toilet and yells across the entire dorm for anyone in the toilet to kindly get out because he really really needs to

chanyeol sighs for the umpteenth time that night. he closes his eyes and grips the paper in his hand, trying to memorize the new lines for his rap practice. however, his effort doesn't seem to work because he needs a silent environment and the dorm is nowhere near silent right now.

'one more sound from jongin, and that's it--'a loud squeal followed by a burst of hearty giggles interrupt chanyeol from his train of thoughts and he pushes back his chair before striding towards the couch in the living room. jongin is watching tv intently, not even realizing chanyeol's intimidating aura that oozes out from every pore of his body. chanyeol is taken aback when jongin suddenly wails and punches the throw pillow in his lap

jongin-koala is now content on chanyeol's waist, wrapping his chubby, furry arms around chanyeol's torso as they watch tv together that night. jongin-koala plesantly smells like strawberries after joonmyun and kyungsoo bathed him and chanyeol sniffs at his dark fur.

"oh, look, jongin," chanyeol says suddenly. jongin-koala lazily turns his head towards the tv. "it's the re-run of last night's koala documentary."

jongin-koala immediately perks up and clumsily climbs up chanyeol's body. chanyeol grunts as he makes his way on chanyeol's shoulders before he decides to sit on the other's head instead. chanyeol slightly flinches when jongin claws at a tuft of his hair but the pain goes away when his eyes are trained on the tv, watching a koala feeding its baby.

"wow, they are cute," chanyeol murmurs
