Kris tries to forget, while Suho tries to hold on to his memories of Kris.

Kris, a person suffering from hyperthymestic syndrome, falls in love with Suho, a person who shows early signs of Alzheimer's disease.

Hyperthymestic Syndrome based on A.J.'s case.
A.J. suffered from a rare memory disorder called hyperthymestic syndrome. She had an inability to forget. Her autobiographical memory was extremely accurate to the point that she remembered every day of her life in detail (with some exceptions). She was unable to control what she remembered or what she forgot.

Alzheimer's Disease
In the early stages, the most common symptom is difficulty in remembering recent events. As the sufferer declines they often withdraw from family and society. Gradually, bodily functions are lost, ultimately leading to death.

“Yifan! We should do something special for our 3rd anniversary!” Junmyeon smiles, his eyes bright as he clasps their hands together, leading Yifan off the path and into a little clearing next to the lake.

“Don’t I give you something special every year?” Yifan replies, his tone teasing, “Are you saying I should improve?”

Junmyeon waves his free hand and shakes his head immediately, “Of course not, nothing like that! You’re the best boyfriend anyone could ever want. Really!”

Yifan smiles as Junmyeon spread a picnic mat over the grass and settles down his legs crossed facing the water. He remembers their 3rd anniversary was spent this way.

“Come! Come! Quickly! I want to show you something!” Junmyeon laughs as he drags Yifan down the path and then off it completely
