There's a term that Kris doesn't dare say when he looks at Jongdae but it doesn't stop him from thinking it: it rhymes with ink and starts with tw, and when the word slips into Kris' head like a thread through the eye of a needle, it's hours before Kris can get it out. He suffers through those hours by trying to distract himself with something, anything, anything at all, as long as it stops his eyes from being pulled to the magnet of Jongdae, and usually he gets by okay. Usually, but not always, because sometimes Jongdae will laugh (chest), or blow a raspberry (mouth), or sing out a chord just because he can (throat), and Kris' brain will flood itself with more words he won't let himself say. It's going to get him in trouble one day, he knows that, and one day, he's right. In an interview he calls Jongdae open, like he can be opened up, like he's loose and pliable and willing, and Kris hastily corrects himself, "No, no, I didn't mean it like ( ... )

"Open," Jongdae says again, and Kris reels: "What?" But then his mind snaps straight and he obeys, of course Kris obeys.
His fingers are shaking slightly when he wets them with the lube and broaches that first touch to Jongdae's hole; when Jongdae shifts, it's Kris who inhales sharply like he's been shocked. Jongdae laughs, amused and slightly mocking, and it gives Kris the courage to push in. It's tight. Way too tight. Jongdae whimpers and grabs Kris' free hand to use it as a muffler. Kris pushes in farther, and god, Jongdae is so small, Kris can only get two knuckles deep before Kris' palm isn't enough to stifle Jongdae's whines.

i love kris' pov, i empathize with the way he sees all of chen's lol. and the words inside parenthesis are at first a good idea, but then they turn into a great idea bc they allowed you to do this:
"No, don't," says Jongdae, Korean this time, and his fingers touch Kris' eyelids (heart).
which fucking floored me.
