Jongdae steps out of the school building and inhales deeply. “Ah, the sweet smell of weekend. Finally!” he says and throws his arms in the air

Chanyeol leaves Jongdae’s place around noon, right after breakfast, because his sister wants to visit the family since she’s in town, and Chanyeol’s room is anything but tidy. After closing the door behind Chanyeol, Jongdae decides that he should clean up a bit as well. His desk looks way too crowded and organizing his stuff would surely help him to study, he tells himself. But as soon as he begins going through the piles of paper stacked around his desk, he loses himself in all the funny side-notes and doodles. He doesn’t notice how time flies by, until he gets a text from Junmyeon asking whether he has finished his assignments yet. Jongdae sighs, knowing that lying to Junmyeon is of no avail.

I…have started at least?

That’s not enough! You have to finish everything before tomorrow.

Really? Everything? Hyung, you’ll have to motivate me a bit more then.

Jongdae laughs, as he reads the text message. He can imagine Junmyeon’s pout and the playfully hurt tone he’d use just perfectly.
