Hellish, awful, highly unpleasant... anything synonymous with any of those would describe my hand therapy. They even have me wearing some ridiculous finger device that is also hellish, awful, and highly unpleasant. I'm about a step away from starring in Terminator 4.

I broke my finger playing football and had to have surgery on it. They inserted a metal pin and it stayed in there for a month or so. My cast came off last month, but after being in it for so long, my hand is not moving or adjusting as well as before, so I'm going to therapy three times a week. :(
