A long time I guess!

I guess it's been forever since I posted and most of what I post is on filters, so hello LJ world!

I'm doing well, still in the Bay Area and my book of poems The Criminal: The Invisibility of Parallel Forces is due out in a matter of months. Mostly work from the 80's to the 90's, so long overdue! It is coming out on EOAGH Books from NYC.

I'm glad things seem to be going well. And wow, an ocean view!

Yes that is the really fantastic thing about this house, you go out on the large porch and see a view of Marin, the bay, the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance, and San Francisco in the distance. And the view of the ocean, the bay itself, is panoramic. There is a big tree in the way, (dang tree!) but one can still see! Especially Marin. Nice!

And while a bit remote it is close enough to buses and to BART, our rapid transit train, that you can get to Berkeley or Oakland or -- SF in an OK time.

The downside is you can't just walk right outside your door like in the heart of SF and go to a coffeehouse or store, it is a good fifteen minute walk to such. It is more like the suburbs that way. But that's life!
