Hey, came across your journal while randomly searching through the sea of LJ's... Noticed you were at Ft. Bragg. My ex was there for his army training. He was deployed to Iraq, too. I think he was there for like 6 months. It scared the hell outta me to know he was there and that I couldn't help him. As soon as war was declared, I called him long distance in cali, and said "You're not going, are you?" And he said, "Yeah but prolly not for a while...like a week or something" and I told him that if he got blown up I'd have to bring him back to life and kill him again. LOL I hope you make it through all this ... it's scary shit.
