I moved with Kuroneko last summer and on the day of the move I had more stuff than I had said when I did the website quote and spoke to them on the phone. It wasn't enough to need another box, but it wasn't a problem for them as it's the staff that pick up your stuff that calculate the final bill - I got the impression that they're very used to people having more stuff than they've been warned about!

You can get a lot in those boxes though. More than you'd think.

As above, give a guesstimate of how many boxes and how much stuff you have. The phone will give you an estimate of how much you will have to pay. I had the round up the price (two bins and an oversize sofa). When the guys put stuff in, they didn't charge me for the oversize sofa because it fit in one of the bins. The lady I spoke said that they only charge for however many bins you end up using. So you should be fine. If you're worried you'll need 3 bins, have them over estimate how much it will cost so you have more than enough money on-hand when they come.
