I am slowly learning about filters. They're interesting because it's like having many livejournals in one, and it's possible to have things friended--like icon communities--and then totally forget about them forever, but anyway, if I've just added you the explanatory entries below all still apply, or maybe it was because I made a Battlestar ( Read more... )

I know! I love how this fandom will never be at a loss for cigar jokes... Have you seen the miniseries? I think it's better--although not strictly necessary--to see the miniseries first, but then you'll probably want to watch the series so yes, Tivo is your friend. (And, you have a Journal icon--is that a pun?--whatever, I like it & Ex Machina is great).

Dude, I so have the mini on DVD. Problem is, I got it home and it won't play properly. *whines*

I have to go and return it for a set that works.

I can't believe this show is sucking me back in. I was a fangurl of the original (please...I was something like 10) and now I've got an adult Battlestar to go with my adult self.

Your DVD of the miniseries doesn't work? I agree that you must return it immediately because that is just wrong.

I can't believe this show is sucking me back in.

Same here, but I take comfort in the fact that we're not alone in that *g*.

Forced inactivity will do that, and I also wanted to be able to look at these pictures in one place to take my mind off how much I hate having a cold... Thanks for the get well wishes! *goes to crawl back into bed*

Thanks for the heads up about the marathon, I've missed most of the series so far and I really want to have a clue what's going on if I start watching again.
