ebelskiver: we made them with chives and filled with goat cheese. I found a nifty cookbook with savory ebelskiver recipes. They cook strangely enough like pancakes in loose terms. Perhaps I will look into nonstick and or skiver-flippers. One batch made 21 so we each had 10 and a half. And salad ( Read more... )

I LOVE ebelskivers. You could probably make idli in the pan, stuffed with cilantro chutney. Just another idea.

My favorite savory ebelskiver is spicy jack cheese with a little salsa on the side, and cilantro in the batter. Also-- manchego with prosciutto and a little membrillo.

you could go all mochi/asian on them and do a red bean paste, or green tea and yuzu.

second of all, I just watched a movie on netflix called Pandorum which I enjoyed about a spaceship full of crazy people and mutant alien/people. Good times, I thought I would recommend it to you, but I can't figure out how to do that through Netflix.
