Having someone wake you up early to find that the honda you've been driving was driven through by a pleasant silver suv. So they drove through the car- took off the back bumper smashed some bits near the gas tank. Splendid! Well at least I wasn't in the car. still suck. As you say, good thing you weren't in the car. I'm very glad you're okay. But even so, that does suck

the insurance should cover a lot of the damage, if you choose to fix it. It was the woman's fault after all, so she will have to pay. also, what would a squirrel or pigeon be doing awake at 1am? They are all asleep then. Maybe it was a rabbit or raccoon or rat.

She's a liar and a drunk, I say! Everyone knows that 1 am is not like a witching hour for critters, yo yo yo. That sucks about your car; if the insurance company offers enough to fix the car, go for it. Also-- really consider what they will give you for a new car. Yech!
