I made ebelskiver! with goat cheese dill and chives. I split it in thirds which is a pain in the ass especially accounting for the 1/3 of two eggs separated

we've made ebbelskivver. It was a lot of fun. We went sweet though, and basically started pulling all the jams and jellies and syrups out of the fridge and pantry to play with. I think we really liked raspberry and lemon curd. Jellies seem too soft and basically just melt out of the things and burn...but crunchy sugar donut things are good too, shrug.
