Well I've been putting off a few things and now I'm paying for it. My roommate Dan moved out of the apartment and just found out on Saturday that we owe a $140 water bill that hasn't been paid for three months! I wish he would've said something about needing cash to pay the bill, but moving out and sticking us with the bill is down right rude
