so we get out of school yesterday. I go to cash my mother effing check (which is HALF of what it should be thanks to mackinac) and I go through the bank drive through. as I'm leaving, I misjudge the size and turning radius of the fuck taurus because I never drive that piece of shit. so in an effort to not hit a truck which is parked inappropriately ( Read more... )

yeah, only there's just the one window. and the have a sweet tube thing that you put your transaction in and it sucks it up and into the bank! and they give suckers to little kids. except I don't get suckers anymore. and I hit the pole. so I am scorned for the bank drive through.

The grocery store my GF works in has sucky tube thingies to send stuff from Customer Service to the cash office.

er! crazy! we're not the ones that live in an incredibly fast society where you can't even go to a PROPER bank! but seriously, that is such a good idea..! why don't they have that over here...? oh, because our country isn't built around the idea of the car!

Yeah, but you have to think about it in regard to that fact that a good portion of your country was devised and layed out before cars became a major innovation. Then you think about the fact that most of the major, and smaller cities in our country were created and planned after or during the innovative age of the automobile. at least i think that's right. i could be totally incorrect however.
