reading speed through folk literature project

can you help me with my project? all you have to do is read these two text structures while timing yourself, and then commenting to me how long it takes you for each structure. i need the information as soon as possible ! thank you

13 seconds and 9 seconds.
i felt like i was reading the second one slower because it felt like the words and structure were making it flow at a more leisurely pace. but i apparently read it faster, so who knows.
