[Normal: Kimblee is hanging out on the outskirts of town today, wandering around in the snow.
Also Normal: His current activity is centered around forced population control on groups of wild Pokémon in the area; most call it "training," the local Rattata call it "horrifying."

You aren't one that he's seen before, good sir; what strikes him first are the eyes - red eyes aren't anything new to him, as they're a defining trait of the Ishvalan race, but the glowing is certainly unusual enough to warrant a second look.
It isn't long before he pauses in his work; his breathing his heavy and his features are deeply flushed from both the cold and the force of the adrenaline coursing through his body, but he's smiling. Pleased.]
Good morning.

[If Kimblee’s willing to approach him, he may as well own up to what he’s doing. Besides, even if you blow him up, he’ll just pull himself back together.]
You possess quite the interesting ability, mister…?

Solf J. Kimblee - it's a pleasure. Although I must ask...am I to assume that "Sinister" is a code name of some sort? I don't mind either way, and I'll ask you to forgive my rudeness if that isn't the case, but it's a bit unusual.
[And if it's a code name, it's the most obvious code name in the history of code names, but that is neither here nor there.]

Oh. Well. Uh. This is completely true! Have a Lust that seemingly came out of nowhere with a bit of a deep smile. ]
Ah, ah, for all your effort, it's a shame they're only unconscious.

As inclined as I am to agree with you, I can't say that I'm not grateful for the opportunity.
[Nothing is killing his mood today. Nothing.]
It's quite the pleasure to finally see you in person.

A pleasure for myself as well. At least you'll be able to enjoy what was taken wrongfully from you. However, I think I have something that belongs to you. [ The red, shiny, coveted stone appears between her finger tips with the smuggest smile ever. ] I suggest you accept the present.

As it stands, however, he will very gladly accept both that handshake and that particular bit of shiny, thank you very much.]
You know perfectly well that I won't turn it down - although I doubt you're handing me this solely for my own enjoyment?
[No, seriously, this looks like a brilliant setup for something horrible to happen. Tell him something horrible is about to happen. Preferably because he caused it.]

Needless to say, the use of Explosion with an apparent lack of Pokemon has caught her eye. She's been watching for some time now, and simply put? Cynthia like.]
Impressive.

My, my. Noted and appreciated, miss...?

Cynthia. You're quite welcome... Ah, may I have your name, as well?

He had no idea who this man was, or why he was doing it...but that smile sure was telling him a lot of things about him already]
Having fun?

No harm in responding either way.]
Quite a bit.
[His breathing is heavy when he responds, his gaze alive; that smile isn't necessarily a nice one, but that's more due to the sheer amount of adrenaline flooding his system than anything flat-out malicious.]

[He kept that friendly smile on his face that could hide just about anything behind it. There was this certain air to this man that felt almost familiar to Hazama though...]

Ahaa... I'm not sure if I should be impressed or worried... [Or nervous? He sounds kinda like it yeah.] How are you doing that?
Reply
Believe me, you'd know if he were feeling aggressive.]
I suppose you could consider it a talent.
[He doesn't seem displeased by the question; his tone is actually strangely polite, if a bit shaky from all the excitement.]

Is it something you lost when you were brought here?
[Because he's seen nothing but...well, normal people (for lack of a better term) until today. He is definitely interested!]
