hey man, I figured I would give you a few tips that have helped me out.

Protien in the morning will stay with you longer than anything else. I recommend eggs 2-3 and 2 slices of turkey bacon or just regular bacon. cut the carbs there. Also protien early in the morning will boost your motabolism (sp?).

If you can, get the books Eat This, Not That. They have given me plenty of info.

Skim milk is not that bad on the calories- it is all a matter of can you drink it. It took a while for me but that is just about the only kind of milk I drink now.

Smart Ones has some really good meals that are low cal. My general rule with them though is no more than 2x the amount of carbs than protien. (if it has 30g of carbs then it has to have at least 15g of protien)

What kind of cal limit are you on?

Pretty generous: 2,500. What's scary is that I'm losing weight now, which means I was regularly going over that.

In Weight Watchers they told me that a lot of times your body tells you it's hungry, but it's really thirsty. They said to drink water (or crystal light, in my case), wait 20 min, and then eat if you're still hungry.
