"Oh, wow!" Tails dropped in from the air, having spotted this courtyard from above. He was impressed by the monument and how nicely the flames were burning. "They really did a good job with this!"

"You think so, too?" Cynthia was pleased to see Tails, though a little surprised that he seemed to come down from the sky. "I came here last night and saw the candles light up for the first time. It was interesting, so I decided to come back tonight as well."

"Really? Was there anything different?" Tails asked with plenty of interest. He could tell just by looking that there was a lot of thought put into this.

Sitting on a bench near the museum, Alphonse looked up at the stone menorah as its candle got lit. It really was a beautiful sight to behold. Since his world didn't have such a holiday, he wasn't sure of the meaning behind this ritual. But he appreciated it for what it was, a nice display.

Nearby, Vincent was similarly admiring the candles. He'd never seen a sight quite like it... Actually, it sort of reminded him of back on the Rabbit with Re-L and Pino, using candles for light, and nothing else. While he knew that this holiday had to have some other special purpose, the nostalgia was a good enough reason for him to watch-- and enjoy-- it.

Noticing Al nearby, Vincent began to make his way over to the boy, feeling cheered by the sight of the candles.
"Hey, Al!"

"Vincent, hello!" Al smiled at his friend, waving a little. "How are you doing?"
