Summary: After many months of waiting, Ran decides to set 'plans' in motion.

( Without a 'patsy', she wouldn't be able to go forward with this. )

Meanwhile, Maria made her way into the lounge, sporting a dour expression. Taking a seat, she took a small notebook out of her bag and began to write, paying no real mind to the woman in the room.

There she was. First person to walk into the room was manageable, but she was small child. Perfect. Ran stopped her pacing, looking her over. If nothing else, she would have to do for this. Besides, she probably wouldn't realize anything bad was happening to her, if she was lucky.

"Hi." Ran said calmly.

"Uu-." She looked up and responded with nothing more than her usual verbal tic, meant to mean yes in this context. Following that, she simply went back to her work.

Sitting down in front of her, she lifted her elbows onto the table and propped her chin against her folded hands. "You're...Maria, right?"
