That was mean! LOL I've gotten so behind on all my reading - tonight was catch-up. I loved this chapter. Jake and Bella and their little footsie moment under the table. The heart-fail of seeing Lila casually hanging with Jake when Bella showed up. And the hot kiss at her truck afterward.
I don't know whether they should have at it right away or not. Hmm... I think maybe Bella should sweat it a little more. But then I'm mean like that. haha

Hey, I had to shake things up a bit. ;) Glad you enjoyed it, though! And yeah, it could really go either way right now, though however it goes nothing is going to be fully resolved. I am enjoying writing their kissing since neither of them are quite newbies at this stuff anymore!

Darnit, girl! LOL I'm just a tiny bit frustrated now. An excellent place to leave it...and if I read your AN well just being together won't really solve anything...it usually doesn't, right?!
There was a gift still that was left unopened; maybe Jacob can open it and... yeah, you get the picture! LOL

As much as I love Jake, I have to admit that this is true.

And geez, Jake could have guessed as much. She comes back, with all the good intention, apologies and kisses you a few times. Ever considered that would be reason enough to break up a marriage?

Yeah, the marriage issue is a little sticky, but his issue is being hurt again after what he already went through. He's having trust issues, but he'll crack. ;) Thanks for the reviews!
