Oh yah, its cool you and Alana hit it off so well. Its too bad she's stuck in Thunder bay, its a really horribly dull small town. I've been telling her to move to winnipeg because everything she's interested in is better here. And now that I know you two get along so well. Ahem, we can set you up. -Mannlich

That's an interesting story, especially considering the inspiration for the song Black Sabbath came from a terrifying nighttime vision Geezer Butler had when the band was getting heavily into the occult. Apparently his experience is what prompted the band to start wearing their trademark cross necklaces whenever they performed; I always thought it was interesting that a band whose image was based at least partly around Satanism made the cross such a large part of their imagery.
I haven't seen the Ring yet, but I'm sure it would freak me out, especially if I watched it at 3AM. And having my phone ring at a quarter to four in the morning would freak me out even if I hadn't just watched a frightening movie, and was now checking every darkened corner for unspeakable demons. I'd definitely hit *69 if they hung up, too, because I assure you I'd be of a mind to fuck them up. Freakay.
