Title: Two Moments
Fandom: X-Men
Rating: PG
Summary: Two moments with Scott, one that Logan regrets and one he doesn’t. Spoilers for X3. Friendship, not slash.
Disclaimers: The first scene has dialogue lifted directly from the X3 script. I don’t own that. I also do not own the characters, though I’d certainly like to yoink them from the X-Men ( Read more... )

Lovely story. Very much in character. The second part was very funny!

Meanwhile Bobby’s mantra of guesses hasn’t ceased: “Balloons! Blue! Clouds! Jets! Airplanes! The sky! The roof! The stars!”

He he! Brilliant!

Thank you! I'm very new to the X-Men fandom, so I'm glad I'm somewhat close with the characterization. :-)

Hahahaha! I laughed so hard I scared my husband. In fact, I'm still chuckling.

Scott grimaces. He then stands with his feet shoulder-length apart and begins to sway back and forth with his hips, gyrating furiously.

So of course Logan guesses the only thing that he can think of.

“Humping!”

“NO!” Scott bursts out, his face now undeniably a trace redder than usual. “MERMAID!”

Hahahahaha!

So wonderful! "End" is the best interpretation of that scene I have read so far, and "Charades" was very funny yet bittersweet. The older characters are portrayed perfectly. I hope you stay around in this fandom.

(Pardon in advance, but I need to get this out of my system) *clears throat* ANDSCOTTISSONOTDEAD!

You made me blush! :-) I hope to stay around the fandom too; it's very fascinating, if a bit...enormous.

I completely agree with you: Scott is not dead! *shakes fist at X3 writers* At least they had the courtesy to leave it ambiguous...
