Mexico Softens Drug Laws

Mexico has passed a new law that legalizes small amounts of marijuana, heroin, cocaine, LSD, hallucinogenic mushrooms and peyote.With the backing of President Vicente Fox, the bill also mandates treatment for addicts, The New York Times reported
