Uhm, hi. I'm new and would like to apply, but there is something I'm not sure how to handle.
The character I'd like to play is an elf (as in Tolkien's elves, not the little butterfly-people) who would be swept over into NYC after the weapon malfunctioned. Would she end up in the city changed into a human, would she retain or lose her elven attributes (tall, pretty, pointy ears, graceful movements, sharper sight and hearing than your average human, mind-to-mind communication, immortality), or a mix of the two? While I'm aware that super-powers aren't allowed, I'm not certain up to where your definition extends, and if physical attributes are ok to keep. The answer obviously will have a great impact on her behaviour and ability to cope with the new situation, so I thought I'd ask before sending the application only to see it rejected.
She'd keep the slighty pointy ears, graceful movements, have 20/20 sight, have really good hearing, and lose the mind-to-mind and immortality but she might look pretty young for her age. It's pretty much like, "nothing superhuman" as opposed to "no superpowers" -- like uhhh, Wolverine or something would be pretty damn strong but not, you know, superhuman strong? adghdkjfh
