So I finished my 2nd day of work at my new job today...it's not as bad as I thought it would be. The people in charge are very friendly and the compensation package seem better than what I was first led to believe

What are they having you do in training? It's basically a workshop class setting, isn't it?

Mostly learning about various business practices in the company and pretty much how the whole thing works...I guess

Benefits is nice, but being Salaried means that you work overtime w/o pay :)
